Terms and conditions

Use BongoPay only for lawful business and comply with merchant verification, payout, refund, and platform risk policies.

Merchants must provide accurate business, settlement, phone, email, TIN or NIDA details where requested

BongoPay may delay withdrawals, freeze balances, reject merchants, or suspend accounts for fraud, disputes, prohibited activity, or regulatory risk

Electronic records, confirmations, dashboard notices, API logs, webhook logs, and email notices may be used as operational records under Tanzania electronic transaction principles

Selcom credentials belong only to BongoPay and must never be requested from or shared with merchants
