Questions about fees

When is the fee taken?

When Selcom confirms a payment as paid, we take the fee and add the rest to your balance. You never get a separate bill.

Do I pay for failed payments?

No. If the customer doesn't enter their PIN, cancels, or the payment fails, there is no fee.

Are there limits on withdrawals?

You can withdraw what's in your available balance. We check each withdrawal before sending it, which is part of how we keep accounts safe.

Can I get a lower rate?

If you process a lot of payments, talk to us about your volume.
