Payment collection, clearing and settlement are performed over the Selcom network under Selcom's own regulatory licences. BongoPay does not take deposits and does not provide banking services.

If you are a Customer with an issue about goods or services you paid for, please contact the Merchant first, as delivery and after-sale service are the Merchant's responsibility. Where possible, BongoPay can assist with payment traceability. See also our Terms and Privacy Policy.
